Creator Chris Rutkowsky has been releasing a series called Awesome Powers. I know that volume 3 includes teleportation, and volume 9 has time powers. Otherwise, creating powers is more a matter of finding the effect you're looking for and adding effects, enhancements, or limitations and narrative flavoring. For example, if you look at the hero and villain archetypes in the core book, the Cosmic Herald has the power of flight with enhancement of space as well as immunity to radiation, cold, and suffocation. I think you'll find there is a lot more that can be done even with the basic rulebook than you might have realized at first glance.

For example, Regeneration from death can be done using the Immortality Advantage-- this would just be a matter of how you choose to "flavor" that particular ability. Another person with Immortality could simply have a magic that brings him back to life every 30 days after death or another might be a god or a vampire or some other being that is simply immortal. There is a lot you can do with how you interpret certain Powers and Advantages. I'd also advise checking out the chapters on Supernatural and Cosmic games because these contain some of their own Powers and Advantages. That's where the Space Enhancement for Flight is, for instance. For instance, a But one thing that Awesome Powers includes is suggestions on how to create your own brand new Powers as well, and it is also a guideline I followed when making some new ones for the series. In essence check first if what you want can be built using existing Powers, Enhancements, or Limitations or Advantages I suppose as well.

I want to be able to get the rules and explain those rules to others quickly, create characters in less than an hour, and have combat rounds that can be resolved fast enough that an entire session doesn't balloon into six to eight hours.
